Philip Chacko, Director for Investors’ Relations at Lanco Infratech, has stepped out of the company.
Lanco Infratech has accepted his resignation and he has been replaced by Dheeraj Sud, a former investment banker.
“I have got a better opportunity. I would be joining as COO of one of the projects of Vedanta Group. This was being discussed with Lanco management for the past three-and-half months and they have decided to relieve me,” Philip Chacko told Business Line.
Philip Chacko was associated with Lanco Infratech for four years. Other than handling investors’ relations, he also headed key projects of the group.
The new director of Lanco Infratech Dheeraj Sud was earlier associated with B&K Securities India Pvt. Ltd.
