Sobha clocks $10 m sales through online property expo

Bengaluru-based real estate firm Sobha has sold $10 million worth of property in two days through an online property expo, 'The Now or Never Sale'.

“Adoption of creative best practices for bumper ads and usage of Google Optimize to redesign our landing pages immensely helped us in making the sales a success. We saw a footfall of 2,000 people at the event and sold properties worth $10 million," said Rajanish Dixit, Vice President Marketing at Sobha.

The company had hired Nikulsan Digital Services to design and execute the online campaign.

Nikulsan, a technology-based marketing services company, used Google Optimize to increase lead volumes. Google Optimize uses Google Analytics data to identify key segments of users. It tests different variations of a website and then tailors it to deliver a personalized experience that works best for each customer and each business.

“Through the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) platform Nikulsan is able to generate better quality leads at a lower cost per acquisition," Sandeep Chaudhary, CEO at Nikulsan Digital Services said.
