Top Employers Institute has certified leading digital transformation solutions company UST Global as a ‘Top Employer for Year 2019’ in the US, the UK, Mexico and Spain.
Manu Gopinath, Chief People Officer, UST Global, said the company was thrilled to be certified in four more geographies following similar feats recently in India, Malaysia and the Philippines.
An independent HR certification company, the Top Employers Institute assesses participants through their global HR Best Practices Survey. In order to be certified, organisations must achieve the required minimum standards set out by it. The certification is based on an annual in-depth research with respect to excellence in employee conditions. ‘Top Employers’ are organisations that have worked hard to create, implement and sustain their people strategies.
