Digital technology services company UST Global has announced a partnership with UXTesting, a Silicon Valley-based startup that focuses on user experience testing.

Founded in 2015, UXTesting has addressed the industry need for obtaining direct user feedback in a natural setting and quantifying that data into straightforward, measurable and actionable results.

‘Design for happiness’

The new partnership aims to offer improved end consumer experience to UST Global’s Fortune 500 customers by leveraging UXTesting’s platform.

Sunil Balakrishnan, Global Head, Development Centre Operations, UST Global, said that this will strengthen the company’s quality engineering practice.

This is sought to be achieved by integrating UST Global’s ‘design for happiness’ framework with the UXTesting platform.

‘Design for happiness’ framework brings a powerful human-centric insight that helps to convert end-user pain points to bliss points, Balakrishnan said.

Emotion detection technology

UXTesting’s emotion detection technology using artificial intelligence will now enable early validation of user emotions and enhance the end user experience.

“We look forward to leveraging the UXTesting platform for our global Fortune 500 customers. This would help them stay competitive and relevant in the market,” said Aldrich Huang, CEO and Co-Founder, UXTesting, adding that his company is excited to partner with a known market leader in the quality engineering space.

The partnership will enable UST Global to deliver improved user insights to its Fortune 500 customer base and create more value for the end consumers, he added.
