Lavasa Corporation has requested the Mumbai High Court to adjourn its case against the Environment Ministry for six weeks as the company had submitted all documents requested by the Environment Ministry in its final order dated January 17, 2011. Lavasa said following its discussions with the Minister for Environment and Forests, Mr Jairam Ramesh, the company sought the time to resolve the issue.
