Forty college-going students of People of Indian Origin visited the Chandragupt Institute of Management Patna (CIMP) in Bihar under the ‘Know India Programme' of the Ministry of Overseas Indian Affairs. “These students were from 15 countries, including the UK, the US, Africa, Canada and West Indies,” Mr V. Mukunda Das, director, CIMP, said. Know India Programme provides a forum for students and young professionals of Indian origin to share their views and experience. CIMP has also set up a new students guidance centre (SGC) to provide free training for management entrance examinations to SC and ST students.
