One of the young faces in the Cabinet, the newly designated Minister for State for Power (Independent charge) Jyotiraditya Scindia on Monday said he was aware of fuel shortage and would try and sort out the issues between the Coal and Power Ministries amicably.
When asked about the power situation in Madhya Pradesh, he said it was his home State and was, therefore, important, but he would give equal attention to the entire country in his capacity as Minister.
On his priorities, Scindia said that he would give an informed opinion only after making a personal assessment of his Ministry and of work ahead of him.
