The Karnataka Grape Growers' Association has urged the State Government to establish National Research Centre for grape at Bijapur.
The President of the Association, Mr Abhaykumar, speaking to the press here today said grape growers in the State were facing a lot of problems which needed to be addressed by the government on top priority.
He said cultivation of grape, now in 35,000 hectares, should be stepped up.
