A symposium on Genetic Engineering of Agricultural Crops and Livestock will be held at the University of Hyderabad from February 23-25.
The event is being organised by the Association for the Promotion of DNA Fingerprinting and Other DNA Technologies (ADNAT), the ICAR-National Academy of Agricultural Research Management and the University of Hyderabad.
There are six sessions during the event, including plant genetic manipulation, biotechnology-Myths and facts,’ animal genetic engineering and bio-safety.
