Jagati Publications, the publisher of Sakshi daily, has filed a petition in the Andhra Pradesh High Court challenging the freeing of its bank accounts by the Central Bureau of Investigation.
The CBI froze the bank accounts of Jagati Publications, Indira Television Ltd and Janani Infrastructure last week in the illegal assets case against Kadapa MP, Mr Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy.
The High Court is likely to take up the petition in the afternoon today.
The CBI special court on Monday dismissed a petition challenging the freezing of the accounts.
