Rajiv Bishnoi has taken over as the new General Manager of Bhubaneswar-headquartered East Coast Railway.
Prior to this, he was Senior Executive Director at Research Designs & Standards Organisation, Lucknow.
A graduate in mechanical engineering, Vishnoi joined Indian Railways in 1973 as Special Class Railway Apprentice in Indian Railways Service of Mechanical Enginnering and held various positions in different zonal railways, production units and R&D centre.
