RPS Kahlon, Chairman, Kolkata Port Trust, took additional charge as Chairman of the Visakhapatnam Port Trust from Wednesday (September 11).
A 1984-batch IAS officer of Madhya Pradesh cadre, Kahlon was previously the Principal Secretary of the West Bengal Environment Department. He is an MA in Literature.
