Kolkata Metro services were disrupted during the rush hour on Tuesday morning after a crack was found on the track.
According to a Metro Railway Kolkata spokesperson, metro services were suspended for more than an hour from 10.30 a.m. when the panel operators and station staff noticed a crack on the track near Central station.
The crack was repaired temporarily and normal services were resumed only after 12 p.m.
