The West Bengal Government has approached the World Bank to prepare a road map for the development of technical education in the State, Mr Rabiranjan Chattopadhyay, State Technical Education Minister, said here on Saturday.
According to the Minister, the technical education department is in the process of identifying and introducing 100 per cent job oriented training programmes.
He was speaking at a seminar organised by the CII on employment and employability focus in the State.
