Infosys helps Hallmark double online sales

Infosys has created a solution for Hallmark that will allow its customers to create and send personalised holiday greetings. According to a press release from the company, the solution handled five times the normal customer visits on festivals such as Christmas, New Year, and Valentine's Day with virtually 100 per cent up-time. Infosys said that Hallmark's online customers experienced a 370 per cent improvement in the Web site's response times.
