Rushil Décor Limited announced plans to complete Phase 2 of its Jumbo Laminate manufacturing facility in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, by the third quarter of FY2026.
The brownfield expansion will add 2.8 million sheets per annum capacity, targeting international markets including the USA and Europe.
The company reported consolidated revenue of ₹897.9 crore for FY2025, representing 6.4 per cent year-on-year growth, with profit after tax rising 11.1 per cent to ₹47.9 crore. Managing Director Rushil K. Thakkar said the company is targeting consolidated revenues of around ₹1,100 crore for FY2026.
The MDF division generated revenue of ₹663.7 crore with export volumes up 32.4 per cent year-on-year, while the laminates division posted ₹198.9 crore in revenue. Capacity utilization stood at 87 per cent for MDF and 86 per cent for laminates.
The combined Phase 1 and Phase 2 expansion has potential for additional annual revenues of around ₹300 crore with EBITDA margins of approximately 11 per cent. Rushil Décor has secured initial export orders for 15 per cent of Phase 1 capacity and expects the additional 2.8 million capacity to contribute positively to both revenue and profitability in FY2026.
The company improved its net debt-to-equity ratio to 0.41x, reflecting stronger financial discipline. Established in 1993, Rushil Décor operates six manufacturing facilities with presence in over 56 countries.
The shares of Rushil Décor Limited were trading at ₹31.18 up by ₹2.20 or 7.59 per cent on the NSE today at 12.05 pm.
