Mahindra Satyam will announce the financial results for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2012, later in the evening.
After announcing the results, the Chairman, Mr Vineet Nayyar, and the Chief Executive Officer, Mr C.P. Gurnani, would address analysts call.
“We are hopeful of bettering EBIDTA (earnings before interest, depreciation, taxes and amortisation) margins this quarter and report better net profit,’’ a top company official said.
Tech Mahindra is expected to announce its results next week. After announcing the results, both the firms will seek the AGMs (annual general meetings) approval for the merger proposal. Mr Gurnani said the merger process would take 8-9 months to complete.
Mahindra Satyam’s scrip opened at Rs 69.90 on Thursday morning.
