Online classifieds firm Quikr today joined hands with Microsoft to launch its app on the Windows Phone Store.
The app is aimed at reaching out to a wider audience of smartphone users offering them the convenience of trading online, it said in a statement.
It automatically detects users’ location to show him ads from his city. Users can also browse or post ads for free using the app on their Windows smartphone.
“With over 1 crore listings on our platform, the Quikr app can now be accessed by Windows Phone users who can buy, sell or rent with greater convenience, ease and simplicity,” Quikr founder and CEO Pranay Chulet said.
