Azur Global, a US-based company founded by Indian entrepreneur Ranghan Venkatraman, has acquired the city-based Sybrant Technologies for an undisclosed amount.
It was an all-cash deal. All the 84 employees of Sybrant will become part of Azur, Venkataraman told newspersons.
Sybrant 's clients include Big Basket and HP, said its founder V Thyagarajan, who has now become Managing Director for Azur India post the acquisition.
