Education solutions provider Educomp today introduced its digital class transformation system for schools through a seminar providing an opportunity for teachers to get to experience its advantages in making learning more interactive.
The seminar titled Class 2020 was organised here by Educomp Solutions Ltd., in association with Intel, to introduce the teaching community to latest innovations, including its Smartclass programme.
The company stated that its Class Transformation System (CTS) has been adopted by over 8,000 schools across the country already and it is gearing to help educators with the newly launched technology solution. The company stated that this new initiative would totally transform classrooms helping in provide better quality education.
Principals and teachers from schools across the city attended the seminar on how digital technologies could help in better learning. Increasingly, teachers were relying on the use of technology during teaching and feel that it gets more productive, the company said.
Mr Rohit Malik, Vice-President, Educomp Solutions, expressed the need to supplement traditional teaching methods of learning in classrooms with digital instruction and assessment materials and applications to enhance a child's educational experience.
Smartclass CTS, a technology-driven initiative of Educomp makes learning more stimulative and interactive using technology-aided learning process. The teaching community is now being empowered with a whole range of ready to deploy resources. Apart from the use of animation, the learning approach seeks to stimulate mind through interactive learning modules.
