Educomp Solutions Ltd has upgraded its smart-class programme with the Class Transformation System.
CTS is an interactive digital technology solution that includes animations, graphics, simulations, mind maps, worksheets, Web links, diagram makers and assessment tools.
“Smartclass CTS is a tool through which learning can become an interactive process. As it uses more of demonstrations and graphics, it helps students grasp faster,” said Mr Shantanu Prakash, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Educomp.
Educomp had launched its smart-class seven years ago and is implementing it in 8,000 schools at present, said Mr Prakash.
“We will be adding around 40,000 classrooms under smart-class by end of the current financial year,” said Mr Abhinav Dhar, Director K12 Business and Operations, Educomp.
