Happiest Minds Technologies today announced that the company has developed a customer-interaction solution for OneAssist Consumer Solutions.

OneAssist, funded by Sequoia Capital India and Lightspeed Venture Partners, offers assistance and protection service for a customer's wallet, mobile and important documents.

It has now launched four products WalletAssist, MobileAssist, EverydayAssist and TripAssist.

The solution comprised the consumer facing web portal for customers to subscribe to OneAssist’s products in addition to technology systems backbone that would protect OneAssist’s customer data protection.

Additionally, Happiest Minds will support the back office operations for its call centre and customer relationship management solution and integration for OneAssist.
