Himachal Futuristic Communication Ltd is setting up a Rs 260-crore optical fibre manufacturing plant at the Fab City near Hyderabad. The plant, being set up in 20 acres, will have a capacity to 8 million fibre kilometres annually. When all three phases are completed, the company would have invested Rs 1,000 crore, providing jobs to 4,000 people.
