Mid-tier IT firm MindTree has appointed Mr Ravi Shankar as Executive Vice-President & Chief People Officer and Mr Greg Blount as Senior Vice-President and Head of US Strategic Accounts.

taking deliberate steps to build stronger and deeper client partnerships by offering more innovative and order-making propositions to them,” Mr Krishnakumar Natarajan, Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director, MindTree, said in a press statement.
Mr Shankar previously served as Senior Vice-President — Human Resources at HCL Technologies and has held several senior positions in companies such as Deutsche Software Ltd and Lister Technologies.
An alumnus of XLRI, Ravi is an Executive Coach at the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.
Mr Blount joins MindTree from TPI, where he was a partner in their Sourcing Strategy Practice and was responsible for driving their applications and IT strategy engagements. Prior to TPI, Greg held numerous positions at several outsourcing and IT consultancies including EDS, BSG and Springbow Solutions.
