MindTree Ltd, a global IT and Product Engineering Services company, today announced that the board of directors has accepted Mr Ashok Soota’s resignation effective March 31, 2011.
The board of directors, which met here, also decided that the new Chairman would be elected when the board meets in April, a company statement said.
On January 28, Mr Soota who co-founded MindTree with nine others in 1999, issued a press statement that he is quitting the firm for personal reasons and plans to start a new venture.
