Reliance Communications (RCom) has launched an international roaming pack for its GSM customers travelling to Saudi Arabia for the Haj pilgrimage.

The pack offers up to 84 per cent savings on voice calls and 98 per cent on data (data charges of 24 paise per 10 KB while on international roaming), the company said in a statement.

This roaming pack, launched for its GSM subscribers, is priced at Rs 786.

“This unique offer will help all post-paid GSM customers to save up to 84 per cent in international roaming charges during their stay in Saudi Arabia. This exclusive pack will allow Reliance customers to stay in touch with families and friends while they are travelling, without worrying about high international roaming charges,” Nilanjan Mukherjee, Chief Revenue Officer, RCom, said.

The pack has a validity of 30 days, it added.
