Sistema Shyam TeleServices Ltd (SSTL), which nationally operates its telecom services under the MTS brand, has opened 13 new branded retail outlets across Tamil Nadu circle.
The company also plans to launch five new outlets very soon taking the total number of branded retail outlets in Tamil Nadu to 100.
This initiative is in sync with the company’s strategy to provide an enhanced experience to all MTS Voice and Data customers in the circle, says a company release.
According to Aravind Santhanam, Chief Operating Officer, Tamil Nadu Circle, MTS India, which has over 16 million wireless subscribers, the launch is in sync wit the strategy to provide one-stop shop offering voice and data solutions to customers “backed by unmatched tariffs’’.
“Tamil Nadu is an important market for MTS and we plan to further strengthen our presence in this region by connecting and engaging with our customers,’’ he said in a release.
