Freight rates for 10 tonne load remained flat at the local truck transport market today on thin cargo movement.
Transporters said sufficient position of trucks compared to cargo movement mainly held the rates around the overnight levels.
Following are the rates in Rs for load of 10 tonne: Ahmedabad 15,000, Hyderabad 32,000, Mumbai 19,000, Vijayawada 34,000, Baroda 16,000, Chennai 44,000, Pune 22,000, Bangalore 46,000, Surat 18,000, Mysore 49,000, Kanpur 11,000, Puducherry 45,000, Kolkata 23,000, Coimbatore 51,000, Ludhiana 12,000, Kochi 54,000, Chandigarh 11,000, Thiruvananthapuram 61,000, Jaipur 9,000, Goa 36,000, Indore 14,000, Gwalior 8,500, Patna 19,000 and Guwahati 37,000.
