Prices of gram dal and sugar moved up, while other commodities remained unaltered at the wholesale foodgrains market here today.
Gram dal went up by Rs 100 to Rs 3,700 per quintal, while sugar went up marginally by Rs 10 to Rs 2,890.
Prices of all other major commodities — tur dal, urad dal, moong dal, wheat, maida and sooji — remained the same.
Following are the wholesale rates of various agri-commodities today (in rupees per quintal, except where stated otherwise): tur dal 5,700, urad dal 6,200, moong dal 6,200, gram dal 3,700, sugar 2,890, wheat 1,750, maida (90 kg) 1,750 and sooji (90 kg) 1,850.
