Our Bureau ICICI Prudential AMC has launched mutual fund industry’s first of its kind voice-enabled investment chat bot for investors. The service is powered by Google Voice capabilities and has natural language processing (NLP) support.
The chat bot is designed to guide new KYC-compliant customers to seamlessly on-board and will assist them to invest into various funds offered by the fund house.
The chat bot is currently available on ICICI Prudential AMC’s website and the same will be made available on other digital platforms soon.
Adil Bakhshi, official spokesperson of ICICI Prudential AMC, said the bot will ease seamless purchase transactions and encourage more investors to consider investments digitally.
