Pidilite Industries Ltd has redeemed outstanding Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs) worth $20.5 million on December 7, 2012, which was the due date.
In a communication to the stock exchanges, the company said that out of the $40-million FCCBs issued in December 2007, bonds worth $20.5 million were outstanding and the total amount payable was $28.57 million (including redemption premium of 39.37 per cent valued at $8.07 million payable on these outstanding bonds of $20.5 million). This has been paid to redeem the bonds fully.
