The board of Anjani Portland Cement on Wednesday approved a proposal of offering equity shares on rights basis for value not exceeding ₹75 crore. The board also approved constitution of a committee to decide on, among other things, the entitlement ratio and premium for the offer. The stock of Anjani Portland closed at ₹110.40, up 1.1 per cent on the BSE.
