The special committee constituted by the board of directors of Bajaj Finserv Ltd today fixed the rights issue price at Rs 650 per share (including premium of Rs 645 per share) in the ratio of 1:10 (one share for every ten shares held).
The issue would help raise approximately Rs 941 crore, the company said in a communication to the stock exchanges.
The company’s stock price fell by Rs 33.75 on the BSE today to Rs 762.20 following the announcement.
