BHEL extended its morning gains to trade at Rs 254.85 near the close on Wednesday. This was a gain of 4.43 per cent on its overnight close at Rs 244.05.
FMCG major Hindustan Unilever held gains of 3.34 per cent at Rs 903.50 as against Rs 874.30 at close yesterday.
Lupin advanced further to hold gains of 1.77 per cent at Rs 1,804 as against Rs 1,772.65 at close last evening.
Sun Pharma edged down a tad to keep gains of 1.61 per cent at Rs 871.45 as against Rs 857.60 at close on Tuesday.
ICICI Bank was up 1.23 per cent at Rs 317.7 against Rs 313.85 at close yesterday.
