Caplin Point Laboratories and Hainan Jointown Pharmaceutical Company had signed a joint venture agreement for establishing a company - Hainan Jointown Caplinpoint Pharmaceutical Company Ltd in Haikou City of China, it said in a statement to the exchanges.
However, the company has not divulged any other details of the joint venture, such as investments or product line. Shares of Caplin Point closed 0.23 per cent higher at ₹509.20 on the NSE.
