Caplin Point Laboratories has said that Caplin Steriles (wholly-owned subsidiary) has been granted final approval by the USFDA for its Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) Glycopyrrolate injection USP, 0.2mg/ml (in 1 ml, 2 ml, 5 ml and 20 ml vial presentations). The anticholinergic drug is a generic therapeutic equivalent version of Robinul from West-Ward Pharmaceuticals International Ltd. Shares of Caplin Point edged up 0.61 per cent at ₹405.95 on the BSE.
