Aditya Birla Chemicals (India) has informed the exchanges that the scheme of amalgamation of Aditya Birla Chemicals (India) with Grasim Industries has been sanctioned by the High Court of Jharkhand at Ranchi on Monday. The stock closed at ₹230.60, a gain of 2.95 per cent, on the BSE.
