The Bombay High Court will hear Nestle’s plea to revoke the ban on its noodle product Maggie on Tuesday. The Swiss multinational company is seeking a judicial review of the Indian food safety regulator’s order banning its top-selling nine variants of Maggi instant noodles on health issues. The High Court on June 12, while refusing to issue a stay order on the ban, sent notices to the Food Safety & Standards Authority of India and other respondents.
