Shares of Hotel Leelaventure Ltd rose as much as 19.8 per cent to hit upper trading circuit as according to a media report a consortium, including Thailand's Minor International PCL, is considering an investment of around $350 mln in Leelaventure.
Leelaventure and Minor International were not immediately available for comments. Leelaventure stock recorded biggest intra-day percentage gain since February 9. Over 2.6 million shares changed hands compared with 30-day average of 285,627. HTLE shares were down 57.5 per cent this year as of last close.
