Shares of Mahindra Logistics will remain in focus, as Normandy Holdings exited from the company. According to block deal data on the BSE, Normandy Holdings, which offloaded 1.93 crore shares in the IPO of Mahindra Logistics in 2017, sold 64.15 lakh shares (or 8.98 per cent stake in Mahindra Logistics) at an average price of ₹490.20. The buyers were Reliance Capital’s Small Cap Fund, Goldman Sach’s India Fund and Kotak Funds’ India Midcap Fund.
