Shares of MphasiS will remain in focus on Tuesday, as its board of directors meet to consider its quarterly financial results for the period ended June 2018. Besides results, the board will also consider a buyback proposal. Shareholders would be keen to know the quantum and price at which the shares would be bought back. Besides, promoters’ participation, mode (open market or through tender route) of the buyback and the record date will also be eyed by shareholders.
