Omaxe has informed the exchanges that “It has been noticed by the company that 25 lakh equity shares of Jai Bhagwan Goel, one of the promoters, has been released by IFCI from pledge.” However, no such disclosure has been received by the company from Jai Bhagwan Goel, Omaxe said in a notice to the stock exchanges. Shares of Omaxe closed at ₹227.70, up 0.73 per cent on the BSE.
