Prabhat Dairy has informed the exchanges that the Income-Tax Department has conducted a search at the offices of the company at Shrirampur, Pune and Navi Mumbai. The raid was also conducted at the offices of the subsidiaries of the company and the residence of executive directors residing at Shrirampur on Friday and concluded early morning of Monday. “It is to put on record that no undisclosed income was found as far as the company and its subsidiaries are concerned,” the company said in the release. Shares of Prabhat Dairy tumbled 3.37 per cent at ₹114.65, on the NSE.
