Sadbhav Engineering has informed the BSE that it has filed a petition before the Company Law Board, Mumbai, against Gammon India , Gammon Infrastructure Projects and their erring Directors seeking relief in relation to certain alleged acts of oppression and mismanagement in the affairs of Mumbai Nasik Expressway. In the expressway, 20 per cent of the paid-up capital is being held by Sadbhav Engineering and the balance 80 per cent by Gammon India. The company expects the matter to come up for hearing shortly. Shares of Sadbhav Engineering gained 1.3 per cent at ₹314.10, while Gammon India edged down 1.53 per cent at ₹19.25 and Gammon Infrastructure slumped 4.3 per cent at ₹11.64 on the BSE.
