Southern Ispat and Energy has informed the BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the company will be held on December 9, 2015 to consider the steps that need to be taken in connection with the revocation of suspension of trading of its shares on the BSE. The Board will appoint a lawyer to sort out the issue. It will also appoint a Woman Director.
