The Health Products Regulatory Authority of Ireland has inspected Wockhardt’s Shendra, Aurangabad, facility, and recommended the renewal of certificate. Earlier this month, the USFDA had issued a warning letter to Morton Grove Pharmaceuticals Inc, USA, a step-down subsidiary of Wockhardt. This would mean that the “current portfolio of the company will continue to be made available” in the US but “new approvals will be withheld”, it had said then.
