Bank of India plans to create 200 ‘branches of the future' in the next one year. Such branches will have spacious customer lobby, pleasing ambience, self-service kiosks and separate area for high net-worth individuals with dedicated relationship managers, said Mr Alok K Misra, Chairman and Managing Director, Bank of India.

According to Mr N. Seshadri, Executive Director, the new branch initiative will provide superior customer service to the bank's customers.
