Booking opens for Honda’s new Civic
Here is the new tenth-generation Honda Civic that is due to be launched at showrooms near you within the next few weeks.
The Civic has been an icon for Honda, which had to withdraw the model from the Indian market in 2012, after the lack of a Diesel engine affected its acceptance in a market for D-segment sedans dominated by diesels.
Coming back after a 7-year hiatus, the Civic will now be offered with a 1.8-litre i-VTEC petrol engine paired with a CVT gearbox and a 1.6-litre I-DTEC Diesel engine which is paired with a 6-speed manual transmission.
Ex-showroom prices could range from Rs 18 lakh to Rs 24 lakh.
