Nearly six years after the Satyam Computer Services scam rocked the nation, the special court trying the case is mostly likely to pronounce the judgment on December 23. The judge has deferred the case after hearing arguments on the electronic evidence, following a Supreme Court judgment on the admissibility of such evidence. The apex court had ruled that electronic document not validated could not be admissible as evidence.The judge, BVLN Chakravarthi, heard the arguments and deferred the case for December 23, most likely for pronouncement of judgment.
