KPMG and NIIT Imperia on Wednesday announced the launch of three taxation training programmes aimed at corporate and aspiring professionals.
The Certificate Programme in Tax Regulations, Advanced Programme in Tax Regulations and Diploma in Tax Regulations will be offered in 30 NIIT Imperia centres spread across 21 major cities, a KPMG release said. The programmes are expected to commence in the first week of February.
KPMG's senior professionals will use NIIT's learning technology to impart training on these programmes, which are designed to bridge the gap between theory and practice and prepare the industry in advance for the proposed regulations of Direct Taxes Code and Goods and Services Tax.
